Investor group urges Reeves to explore additional development taxes to fund Bakerloo extension and Crossrail 2

A group of London real estate developers and investors have called on the chancellor to look at new funding models to support London’s transport infrastructure.

Ahead of this week’s spending review, the London Property Alliance (LPA) has highlighted that improvements could be a catalyst for investment and job creation.
